School is starting up here in Madison county on Wednesday, and there are a few changes to be aware of if you have a child riding the bus. The new Boonesborough elementary as well as construction on US 25 in Berea has transportation director Shane Lakes with Madison county schools advising parents to be ready earlier than usual to air on the side of caution.
Lakes also discussed seatbelt safety and other important details for the beginning of the school year in the video below.
