UPDATE
Kentucky State Police Pikeville Post troopers located Phil Colley deceased near a utility access road in the Buckhorn community. Colley was found Saturday evening after a Golden Alert was issued for him. Colley was pronounced deceased by the Floyd County Coroner’s Office. The cause of death is under investigation; however, foul play is not suspected. An autopsy will be performed at the Medical Examiner’s Office in Frankfort.

The Kentucky State Police is asking for your help locating a missing eastern Kentucky man.
According to KSP, this is part of an ongoing missing person investigation of a Floyd County man.
Phil Colley, 65, of McDowell was last seen in the Ned’s Fork area of Frasure’s Creek on January 2, this year around noon.
Colley is described as being 6′1 and roughly 180 lbs.
He was last seen wearing a blue UK hat, blue jeans, a blue flannel shirt and black shoes.
