54 year old Ricky Slone has been located and arrested this morning by Kentucky State Police.
Slone walked away from work release detail Tuesday morning at the Madison County Animal Shelter.
Residents near the shelter reported seeing a man this morning oddly clad including a trash bag on. He was later arrested in the area of the animal shelter around Menelaus Road
