Additional Charges Related to Death of Estill Service Dog Pending

WBON was at the arraignment today for Charles Collins. Collins was accused of shooting Hunter the Estill County Search and rescue dog. Today the case was bound over to the Grand Jury along with additional charges that will be presented before them.
