One man was flown to the hospital following an apartment fire in Estill County.
The fire began in a unit at Stacy Lane Apartments, and was reported around 2:00 pm. The fire was reportedly contained to the downstairs unit of the building, located off of Richmond Road. A male victim was transported to U of L Hospital via helicopter with burns and smoke inhalation injuries.
An arson investigator was called to the scene and is looking into the cause.
