The June 23rd primary is quickly approaching, but there is still time to receive your mail-in ballot before the June 15th deadline. Madison County Clerk Kenny Barger spoke with WBON-TV and explained the unique process voters will face this year in order to place their vote.
Mail-in votes are highly encouraged due to complications related to the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak. To request a mail-in ballot, visit govoteky.com. Barger says that the ballot will be mailed directly to homes, and will include a postage-paid envelope to send the completed ballots in to be counted. The deadline to request a ballot to be sent to your home is midnight on June 15th.
