Wbontv’s Grendalyn Morton visited the soon to be site of Harbor Freights, a quality tool and hardware shop that is set to be the new addition to the Carriage Gate shopping plaza. Grendalyn also interviewed CEO Eric Smidt who stated that he was looking forward to putting up the 14th location for the tool store in Richmond, Kentucky.
