WBON-TV’s Grendalyn Morton took a trip to downtown Richmond to bring you the weather forecast from Water Street.
The constant rainfall has played havoc on local traffic conditions, so exercise caution on the roadways tonight. Today will see more rain and lightning throughout the evening, before overnight freezing lows turn all the rain into snowfall.
The snow will continue throughout tomorrow morning, but will most likely not bring much in the way of accumulation, before it turns back into rain around Tuesday afternoon. Even though the snow won’t last very long, the temps for tomorrow will not get out of the 30s.
