According to Richmond police, it has been confirmed that the woman who died following a car accident in Richmond was an associate professor at EKU. The 64 year old woman, identified as Dr. Suzanne Byrd, was struck in the Wendy’s parking lot on North Keeneland last week.
However, police say that no charges have been filed at this time, and that the collision reconstruction unit is still investigating the deadly accident.
