Many people are preparing for the upcoming holiday weekend, and Kentucky State Police officials are no exception. KSP want to ensure that statewide travelers make it to their destination as safely as possible by focusing on the “Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over” initiative.
The Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over campaign focuses on removing impaired drivers from roadways and safeguarding citizens.
KSP will conduct statewide traffic safety checkpoints in an effort to enforce all traffic laws of the Commonwealth. Special attention will be placed on occupant protection (seat belt/child restraint usage), vehicle safety, insurance compliance, registration violations, and speeding.
