The execution of a search warrant by the Estill County Sheriff’s Office and ATF agents at a residence in the Cressy area of Estill County earlier this month led to the discovery of severe animal neglect. That’s when 85-year-old Bobby Osborne was charged with 18 counts of animal cruelty.
Yesterday Osborne was re-arrested, along with 38-year-old Devan Willougby on warrants for selling of narcotics stemming from that Feb 13th search warrant. That search reportedly found around 68 grams of a grey, powdery substance suspected to be fentanyl, and nine grams of what was suspected methamphetamine.
According to the citation, both waived their Miranda rights and admitted to selling narcotics.
Both are now facing felony traffic charges and lodged at Three Forks Regional Jail.
