Richmond Police Department announced today they have arrested eight individuals in connection with an ongoing child abuse investigation.
Collaborative investigation, interviews, and visits from Richmond Police Department, Child Protective Services (CPS), and the Department for Community Based Services (DCBS) resulted in criminal allegations toward multiple family members living in the same residence. Seven (7) children ranging from ages 1-17 years were placed with Social Services.
