The Kentucky State Police received a complaint of a person breaking into a residence in Waco.
69-year-old William Wood was found sitting on the couch of the apartment. He allegedly busted a window to open the side door. Reports say that he claimed he only wanted to see his ex-wife and son.
The victim reportedly stated that they did not know he was coming to the residence and that he was not invited.
Wood was arrested and charged with 2nd degree burglary. He was taken to the Madison County Detention Center.
