We are coming off of a very warm Christmas Day with near-record highs. We had the 2nd warmest Christmas ever recorded yesterday, and we have another warm day today.
Highs today will top out in the mid 60s with more cloud cover as we move through the afternoon. Tonight will be warm as well, only dropping into the upper 40s.
What we are seeing as lows for tonight are warmer than our average highs for this time of the year. We would usually be in the low 40s for daytime highs at the end of December.
Tomorrow, we will drop a few degrees, but should still see highs in the 60s. Rain moves in, just in time for the weekend, but the above-average temps will stick around for next week.
