According to authorities, after a search that began on September 2nd, the second escapee was captured on September 28th around 11:00 a.m.
Richmond Police report that they arrested 32-year-old Justin Richardson of Richmond. According to police, he was returned to the Madison County Detention Center.
Richardson was also charged with: Possession of a controlled substance 1st degree (heroin) Possession of a controlled substance 3rd degree.
