A Richmond man was arrested recently by a Fish & Wildlife Resource Officer after he and a female accomplice were observed walking in Red Lick Creek. Owsley County School Teacher Arrested on Sexual Abuse Allegations
An Owsley County High School teacher is now behind bars following allegations that he sexually abused two students. 40-year-old James S. Cornett was arrested after the Kentucky State Police were made aware of the allegations. Cornett was charged with two counts of first-degree sexual abuse. Cornett was lodged in the Three Forks Regional Jail.
