The Richmond Post of the Kentucky State Police is investigating the recovery of a stolen vehicle on the Eastern Bypass here in Madison County. This crime occurred earlier today, February 9th, between 11:20 a.m. and 12 p.m.
Security cameras in the area captured photos of the individual, and the Kentucky State Police needs help identifying the person in the pictures below.
