Sexual Assault Report Leads To Drug Arrest For Madison County Man

Last night, Richmond police reported receiving a sexual assault complaint. Officials made contact with the Juvenile victim at Baptist Health, where she allegedly identified 20-year-old Chase Dillon of Richmond as the offender.

According to the citation, the victim told police that she and Dillion had been friends for a month and had been sexually involved with each other on the day prior to the assault. She further stated that she and Dillion attended a party together that night, where she then allegedly texted Dillon stating she didn’t wish to have sex that night. The victim states that she got very drunk over the course of the night and retreated to Dillon’s bedroom to sleep.

After she awoke, Dillon was allegedly laying naked next to her. The victim also stated that she was black-out drunk and had no recollection of the night prior.

The victim stated she went immediately to her roommate to tell her the situation, when asked by police why she didn’t go straight to the hospital, the citation states that she was scared of her mother’s opinion on the matter and what she would say.

Police reportedly caught up with Dillon with a search warrant and sexual assault kit. Upon completing the search, police allegedly found 3 altered driver’s licenses from Ohio and Indiana, 3 vials of testosterone with no prescription, 3.5 ounces of marijuana, a digital scale, numerous pipes/syringes, and the used condom from the assault.

Dillon was then arrested and lodged in the Madison County Detention Center on charges of Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument 2nd Degree, Rape 2nd Degree, Possession of a Controlled Substance 2nd Degree, and Trafficking Marijuana (less than 8oz).
