Woman charged with DUI, Homicide following fatal ATV wreck


A passenger of an ATV has died following a wreck in Clay County. According to Kentucky State Police, they were notified by Clay County 911 Wednesday afternoon of a single vehicle injury accident on KY 149 in the Manchester area of Clay County.

The initial investigation indicates that a Polaris Razor ATV side by side operated by 27 year old Jenna R. Hubbs of Corbin was traveling northeast on KY 149 when she lost control of the vehicle. The ATV then left the roadway, and overturned, resulting in the death of 32 year old Johnathan Hoskins of Manchester. Hoskins was the passenger of the vehicle, and was pronounced deceased by the Clay County Coroner’s Office.

Jenna Hubbs was charged with reckless homicide and DUI 1st. Police report that drug and alcohol abuse are suspected in the investigation.
