The Madison County Extension Office, along with other local agencies and County extension offices are collecting needed cleaning supplies for flood victims through March 19th.
Cleaning supplies and other household items can be dropped off at the Extension Office at 230 Duncannon Lane in Madison County.
Madison County Extension Agent Brandon Sears spoke to WBONtv and said that they are also in need of farm supplies such as fencing, as many farms were devastated by the flooding in Madison and surrounding Counties. Sears says that they are very lucky as even out-of-state donors have already given the Extension Office a surplus of hay and feed for local farmers. Watch the story below to get all the details.
