Two RPD Officers reprimanded following alleged on-the-clock sexual activity

Two officers with the Richmond Police Department are now off duty following allegations that the pair were engaging in sexual activity while on the clock.

Assistant Chief Rodney Richardson reports the pair received disciplinary action following an internal investigation.

One of the officers, Major Rodney Tudor, resigned from his position effective February 12th, and the City Commission approved his resignation at Tuesday’s City Commission meeting.

The other Officer, Emily Faulkner, was put on a 10-day unpaid suspension, received a letter of reprimand, and a one-year probationary period.
