Richmond Residents Arrested for Trafficking, Stolen Firearm Charges

On Wednesday October 28th, at around 12:00 PM, acting on a tip from a vigilant citizen, Richmond Police responded to 5009 South Cross Point Ct. to investigate a drug complaint.

At the residence, police made contact with 32-year-old Meagan Mounce and 25-year-old Christian Rider. Based on the officer’s observations, a search warrant was obtained and executed at the residence.

The following items were located and seized: One AK type rifle (stolen) and shotgun Four hanguns (one stolen) Three ounces of suspected heroin Seven ounces of marijuana $580.00 in cash Christian Rider was arrested and charged with: Trafficking in Controlled Substance (Heroin), Possession of a Handgun by a Convicted Felon, Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon, Receiving Stolen Property (Firearm), Trafficking in Marijuana, and Endangering the Welfare of a Minor. Megan Mounce was arrested and charged with: Trafficking in Controlled Substance – Heroin, Receiving Stolen Property (Firearm), and Endangering the Welfare of a Minor.
