The Baptist Health Behavioral Health Clinic invites the public to register to participate in the free, virtual Common Connections: Healthy Minds 3-part series where the team will facilitate genuine conversations about mental health. The series provides community members the opportunity to share their personal experiences and ask questions about mental illness, resources available and treatment.

The 3-part series will discuss the following topics:

COVID-19 and Your Mental Health (Thursday, August 6)

Self-Care from the Inside Out (Thursday, September 3)

Supporting Mental Health Challenges in Communities (Thursday, October 1)

All forums are hosted virtually and begin at 4 p.m.

The team in the Behavioral Health Clinic say they are eager to connect with the community to encourage positive conversations about mental health and how they can help support local families.

To register, visit BaptistHealth.com/RichmondCommonConnections or call 859.544.8171. Attendees will receive the Zoom virtual link to join the session once registration is complete.
