A fatality accident occurred yesterday afternoon on College Hill Road in Waco involving a motorcyclist.
The accident scene was about one 1/2 mile on College Hill Road where 65-year-old Thomas David Foley struck a vehicle. According to Coroner Jimmy Cornelison, Foley hit a car head on and was killed instantly. He was from Covington Lane in Waco. KSP, the Coroner’s office, Richmond Police, and Waco Fire were all on scene.
