Richmond-Area Logan’s Roadhouse to Shut Down Amidst 261 Store Closure

Logan’s Roadhouse employees, including those here in Richmond, are now permanently without a job.

The parent company of Logan’s reports temporarily closing all 261 of its restaurants amidst the COVID-19 epidemic. Owners reported that they were unsure if the restaurants would ever reopen.

There are currently eight Logan’s Roadhouse locations in Kentucky, including the one here in Richmond, one in Frankfort, and two in Lexington.

According to news reports and court documents the owners are responsible for paying around $7 million in sales tax to the states where the restaurants operate. The company claims that they had no choice but to declare bankruptcy.
