In an address this morning, Governor Andy Beshear said one person from Bourbon County has died after being diagnosed with the coronavirus.

The victim was a 66-year-old man, which Beshear said there were “numerous factors” leading to his death, but that coronavirus was in fact a factor.

Beshear also announced that he will issue an order to close restaurant and bars. However drive-throughs and take outs will still be available.

There are currently 21 cases of coronavirus here in Kentucky.
