Public Disturbance Ends in Drug Arrest for Richmond Woman


On Tuesday, Richmond police report allegedly arresting 31 year-old Natalie Baldwin for Public Intoxication along with drug charges at a location on Edwards Avenue.

Police report responding in reference to a female subject attempting to gain entry into an apartment building. The suspected female was identified as Natalie Baldwin, and as she spoke with officers she allegedly had difficulty answering questions pertaining to how she arrived at the apartment complex.

Officers say Baldwin could not recall if she walked, drove, or was given a ride to her current location. Allegedly, Baldwin attempted to gain entry into a black Cadillac that was not registered to her as well. Baldwin was reportedly detained and then searched according to the citation. The search revealed drugs suspected as heroin and methamphetamine allegedly hidden inside her bra.

Baldwin was lodged in the Madison County Detention Center on charges of Public Intoxication, and Possession of Heroin and Methamphetamine.
