We have some sunshine out there today, a definite contrast from the severe weather that hammered the eastern half of the US over the weekend. There has been a lot of local reports of property damage thanks to those storms.
Today, however, all is calm, and we’re expecting a high in the mid 50s, cooler than the 70 plus degree weather we saw over the weekend. We are still above average for this time of year.
Tonight, we have the chance for a few light showers with lows dropping into the mid 40s. We gain a few degrees for Tuesday, though, with highs getting up to around 61 degrees. Warm temps are sticking around for the first half of the week, with Winter slowly sneaking back into the forecast for the weekend.
