Berea police: Ohio car thieves arrested after Facebook Live video at Wendy’s

Berea Police officers were dispatched to the Prince Royal Drive Wendy’s location following a call claiming that a Facebook Live video was being broadcast by two alleged car thieves from the reportedly stolen vehicle.

Once authorities arrived at the scene, they located the car at a dollar store nearby. Officers began speaking with the two female subjects, Destiny Neubacher and Amy Hubbard, before learning the license plate did not match the description of the vehicle.

It was revealed that the vehicle was registered in Ohio, after police conducted a search of the VIN.

Neubacher and Hubbard were both arrested and lodged in the Madison County Detention Center where they were charged with Receiving Stolen Property under $10,000.
