The Estill County Animal Shelter has announced that they will have to begin euthanizing cats and dogs if adoptions are not soon made.

Director Tommy Mullen reports that they have received multiple drop-offs of animals and a date for euthanasia will have to be set if the furry friends aren’t adopted.

They report that six dogs were dropped off this morning.

If you are interested in adopting a dog or cat, call 606-723-3587, or look for the Estill County Animal Shelter Facebook page.
