A Laurel County Sheriff’s Sergeant responded to multiple calls in regards to a domestic disturbance which occurred just north of London on Friday night.
When officers arrived to the scene, they found that the suspect, later identified as 34-year-old Joshua Matthews, had allegedly shoved a female subject down before fleeing on foot. Police later located Matthews walking along a nearby road.
Matthews was reportedly determined to be under the influence, and was placed under arrest. While being transported to the detention center, Matthews allegedly told the arresting officer he would “Google his house and find him and his kids”.
