The Madison County Sheriff’s Office is turning up the heat this summer to combat illegal substances within our community conducted an operation on July 3, 2019 in Richmond and July 5, 2019 in Berea.
This operation coined “Paw Patrol” deployed the three narcotic detections K-9’s and deputies from the Madison County Sheriff’s Office to detect narcotics in and around the local motels/hotels.
Operation Paw Patrol resulted in the arrest of seven persons ranging from Controlled Substance, Trafficking Controlled Substance and Theft of Identity. In addition, several active warrants were served during this operation.
The Madison County Sheriff’s Office will continue its proactive stance as a service to the citizens of Madison County.
