First Reponders Raise a 1000$ for Home Building Project!

14 First Responder agencies came together recently to raise money for a good cause. To name a few among many, KSP’s Trooper Purdy and RPD’s Chief Ebert were present when a $1000 dollar check was presented to the Habitat for Humanity.

This money was raised by the First Responders after they spent time as a temporary Sonny’s BBQ staff and raised money with the tips they received.

Madison County EMS also partook in this clashing of careers to help the fundraiser’s ultimate goal of being able to provide someone in need of shelter with a place to call home.
