A man was recently arrested for stalking a FedEx driver on Eastern Kentucky University’s campus.
Reports state the FedEx driver usually goes through Richmond and Eastern Kentucky University’s campus to deliver.
According to a complaint warrant, on multiple occasions, 38-year-old Richard Lusk followed the victim around EKU’s campus acting suspicious and making gun signs at the victim.
Aside from that incident, Lusk allegedly texted the victim and made multiple remarks about cutting off parts of his body. He also allegedly told the victim to switch his FedEx route if he valued his life.
Lusk was arrested and charged with 2nd degree stalking and 3rd degree terroristic threatening.
