The Richmond Academy High School would be an all religion inclusive Christian school in Richmond. The project has been in the making for three years and has been approved by the state. The school’s board chairman Wayne Robinson explained that because it is a Christian School that they are unable to seek federal funding but will try and get state funding to build the Academy.
The blueprints for the school have already been drawn and it will seat two hundred and fifty students. The exact location of the school has yet to be decided, but it will be in the Richmond area. The school will also have several athletic programs including football and basketball.
