Richmond LifeWay Christian Store to Close its Doors May 31st


LifeWay Christian Resources, the largest Christian bookstore and retail chain in the country, is closing all their stores this year including the location at the Richmond Centre. According to the CEO they will plan to switch their focus on online and digital sales.

WBONtv spoke to both the manager of the location and dedicated regular customers who say they are saddened by this news. The Richmond location is set to be closed by May 31st, and has been at the location at the Centre for nine years. There are currently 170 Lifeway locations, which will all be closed by the end of the year following the decision from the CEO.
