A Madison county woman was taken into custody recently on a warrant after she allegedly stole from her employer, Kentucky Dermatology. According to Richmond police, Samantha Terry (no mugshot available) had been allegedly taking cash copays and pocketing the money from patients while she worked at the office throughout 2018.
She was also allegedly manipulating billing cycles, as she had some control over the patients’ information and copays. When the company was alerted to the outstanding bills, it was discovered that the accounts had been altered by Terry. Money was discovered in her car, but all in all the stolen cash amounted to over 3,000 dollars. She was arrested and lodged in the Madison County Detention center.
