The Richmond Chamber of Commerce held their awards banquet with the theme of Dr. Seuss. There were over 300 people in attendance for this annual event. The winners are as follows. Michael Caudill Educator of the Year-Paula Cornelison, Community Service Awards Robert Purdy, Josh Barrett, J&K Kreations Photography, Howard & Neal Colyer Dedication Award-Amy Scorborough, Bernease Walters Beautification Awards-Jerry Goble State Farm & Richmond Tourism, Doris Manno Ambassador of the Year-Brad Rizer, Small Business of the Year-Twine Market and Design, Business of the Year-Apollo Pizza, Wallace G. Maffett Award-Skip Daughtery.
