Explosive Bathroom Arrest Gives Whole New Meaning to Assault

Recently, a Livingston woman was arrested in Madison County and charged with assault of a police officer after she allegedly purposefully relieved herself…all over the deputy’s face and body.

The arrest citation states that 26-year-old Amanda Rochelle Peters intentionally released her bowels upwards towards the deputy who had to forcibly take her into custody after she locked herself in the bathroom. Peters had an outstanding warrant out of Rockcastle county for theft by unlawful taking of a motor vehicle over $10k.

She is also now charged with third degree assault of a police officer, resisting arrest, giving officers false identifying information, and theft of identity of another without consent.
