Fayette County Coroner’s Office Investigating Richmond Man’s Death

The Fayette County Coroner’s Office is currently looking into a shooting death of a Richmond man. According to a press release from the office, 36 year old James Potter died today after being shot on March 25th. The incident, which occurred on Maxwellton Court in Lexington, is being investigated as a homicide.

The cause of death is announced as a gunshot wound to head, and he passed just after 5 am at UK hospital this morning.
