One Waco native is running once again for sheriff. Irving Whicker is hitting the campaign trail for Madison County Sheriff for what he says is his fourth or fifth time now.
Whicker described himself as a Republican, and said that some of the things he wishes to focus on are school violence, the drug epidemic, and corruption in law enforcement. Whicker said he is a lifelong native of Madison County, and has worked in a variety of areas, including owning and operating service stations. He also said he is a strong Christian candidate, and urged all those to come out and vote this May in the primary.
