Brrr! Richmond Police Department Takes the Polar Plunge

This Saturday, the Polar Plunge took place in Lexington, in which participants can get teams together to raise funds for the Special Olympics. A crowd braved the rain to jump in the freezing cold pool for the good cause.

WBON-TV’s Lance Gaither watched Chief James Ebert from RPD take the plunge into the icy water, and got to interview two participants who jumped in themselves.
