Bechtel-Parsons Presents Check to EKU Environmental Health Sciences Club

Today on EKU’s Campus, Bechtel-Parsons Bluegrass presented the Environmental Health Science Club with a check in order to help fund their annual EHS Symposium. The Environmental Health Science Club sponsors the symposium each year for 23 years, bringing in 7-8 outside presenters to put on a mini Environmental Health Science conference. Dr. Clint Pinion of the department explains what exactly the Environmental science department researches and plans to do with the acquired funds.

The symposium is open to both students and professionals. The bluegrass army depot and groups like Bechtel parsons have worked with EKU students to help bring them from the classroom out into the job field.
