Who Doesn’t Love a Free Breakfast: With Our Richmond Firefighters!

National Fire Safety Week is coming up, and the Richmond Fire Department is celebrating not only the week, but their bicentennial!
Public Information Officer for the Department Corey Lewis filled us in on all the details and events coming up, despite the fact that a call came in during the interview!
The Fire Department will also go through a re-branding, with a new patch being revealed next week for the Department, which has been in continual operation since 1817!

The events for next week are as follows:
Tuesday October 10th 430-730 pm: Open house at the downtown fire station behind the post office, tours offered for kids and adults to get an inside look at Fire Station 1!

Saturday October 14th: Pancakes and sausage breakfast with the firefighters! Free breakfast at the same downtown station.
